ABOUT DR. KRISTI SAWICKI

From the Lab to Your Longevity

I spent years studying cancer at the molecular level. Then I turned that same scientific rigor toward something even more personal: helping women thrive.

Dr. Kristi Sawicki — molecular oncology Ph.D. and women's health strategist

My Story

I earned my Ph.D. in Molecular & Cellular Oncology, spending years in research labs studying how cells grow, age, and break down at the most fundamental level. That training gave me something most wellness coaches don't have: a deep, mechanistic understanding of the human body.

But somewhere along the way, I realized the most important science wasn't happening in academic journals — it was happening in the lives of real women who were exhausted, hormonally imbalanced, and told their labs were "normal" when they felt anything but.

So I pivoted. I layered certifications in fitness, nutrition, and hormone health onto my doctorate, and dove deep into emerging fields: peptide science, genomics, and metabolic optimization. The result is a practice that's unlike anything else — rigorous, personalized, and actually effective.

Credentials & Expertise

Ph.D., Molecular & Cellular Oncology — George Washington University

Doctoral training in how cells function, age, and respond to interventions at the molecular level.

Certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach

Evidence-based training in exercise science and nutritional biochemistry for women's health.

Hormone & Gut Health Specialist

Advanced certification in female hormone optimization and gut health, including perimenopause, menopause, and microbiome protocols.

Peptide Science Expert

Deep expertise in therapeutic peptides — how they work, which ones matter, and how to use them safely.

MY APPROACH

Science Without the Guesswork

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. Every woman's biology is different — her genetics, her hormones, her metabolic fingerprint. My approach starts with understanding your unique biology, then building a strategy that's precise, evidence-backed, and designed to compound over time.

Peptide Science

Using targeted peptides to optimize hormones, recovery, body composition, and cognitive function.

Genomics

Reading your genetic blueprint to understand how your body processes nutrients, hormones, and stress.

Metabolic Health

Optimizing insulin sensitivity, mitochondrial function, and cellular energy for lasting vitality.

Ready to Work Together?

Whether you're just starting to explore peptides or you're ready for a full personalized protocol, I'd love to help.
